Dark purple-brown; dimensions 1.5–17 x 8–11 µm, subellipsoid shape, with 4-spored basidia

The Cambodian Psilocybe cubensis mushrooms were originally discovered by renowned ethnomycologist John W. Allen near the historic Angkor Wat Temple in Siem Reap, Cambodia. They were found thriving on cattle dung, where they produced large, robust mushrooms.

To maintain the viability of your Cambodian sporeprint, store it in a refrigerator at temperatures between 2°C to 8°C (35°F to 46°F). Properly stored spore prints can remain viable for several years.
